Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga is a beautiful blend of gentle postnatal movement for you and playful yoga-inspired stretches for your baby. Designed for mums from 6 weeks postpartum (or 8-10 weeks post-caesarean), these classes support physical recovery, ease tension, and help rebuild core strength. For babies, there’s plenty of fun interaction, sensory play, and developmental movement—all while deepening your bond in a relaxed, baby-led environment. Expect smiles, cuddles, and a welcoming space where both of you are cared for.
