Baby & Me
Tuesday 10am

Baby & Me Yoga is a beautiful blend of gentle postnatal movement for you and playful yoga-inspired stretches for your baby. Designed for mums from 6 weeks postpartum (or 8-10 weeks post-caesarean), these classes support physical recovery, ease tension, and help rebuild core strength. For babies, there’s plenty of fun interaction, sensory play, and developmental movement—all while deepening your bond in a relaxed, baby-led environment. Expect smiles, cuddles, and a welcoming space where both of you are cared for.

Pregnancy Yoga

Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are a supportive space to move, breathe, and connect during your pregnancy. Each session is tailored to support your changing body, ease common discomforts, and build strength for birth. You'll learn breathing techniques, relaxation tools, and gentle flows designed to help you feel calm and confident throughout your pregnancy journey. Whether you're a first-time parent or growing your family, you're welcome to join us from 14 weeks onwards—no previous yoga experience needed.

Luna Yoga

Tuesdays 8pm

Luna Yoga is a dynamic class designed to help you reconnect with your body, build strength, and find balance. Set to calming music and flowing sequences, each class is themed to encourage release and inner clarity—perfect for winding down your day. With options for all levels, you’ll move through energising poses, guided breathwork, and grounding rest. This class is ideal if you’re looking for a stronger, flowing practice that honours both effort and ease.
